Laburnum pen
Quality handmade wooden ballpoint twist pen handmade in stabilised Laburnum rootball. The pen features gold coloured fittings which perfectly compliment this stunning piece of wood.
This is a beautiful handmade pen, the comfortable shape in the hand is complemented by the wonderful natural feel and warmth of the wood with a traditional wax finish. The pen photographed is the pen you will receive.
The wood featured in this pen is taken from the rootball of a Laburnum tree. The wood is stabilised by soaking under vacuum to impregnate the wood with the resin. This was done as the wood had some very soft areas.
The pen accepts standard Cross® type refills which are widely available. It will be shipped in the case pictured, along with a small certificate giving details of the wood.
