Depending on the level of interaction you have with us and your use of our website, we may collect personal information including your name, address, email address, phone number and IP address.

Data use.

We use personal information to allow the fulfilling of orders. Order history is kept to enable warranties, providing support, replying to enquires, fulfilling requests for information. The above forms the basis in law by which we hold personal data. We have a legal obligation to store this data for a minimum of 7 years. Your data is not shared with any other parties, unless legal compelled to do so.

In addition to the personal information we may collect your browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths.
This information is used anonymously to analyse the performance and effectiveness of our website and marketing.

Any data held is done so securely both physically and electronically.

Payment information.

We do not store any payment processing details. All online transactions are processed securely through one of our two merchant services providers, Shoppify and PayPal depending on your selection. Your card details and any necessary personal data are transmitted to them using SSL encryption software when your order is placed. We are only informed that payment has been made, not of your card details.
