Capel Salem Pwllheli
This pen is handmade with Black Walnut wood removed from Capel Salem during restoration work. This pen features Antique Bronze coloured fittings.
Capel Salem is a Grade II listed former chapel, built in 1862 to a design by Thomas Thomas.
The Chapel is undergoing a major renovation and transformation into a home, studio and community space. The progress can be followed on the well loved TV series.
The pen is equipped with a quality black Cross® type refill. It will be shipped in the recyclable card case pictured along with a small certificate giving details of the wood.
All pens are handmade by me beginning with rough cut woods for the body. The body of the pen is turned on a lathe to the final shape as seen on each pen. The body is then sanded, sealed, waxed and polished to its final finish. Assembly is completed by using pre-made high quality pen components for long lasting performance.
