Jack Daniel's Whisky Cask oak

As the picture shows I have a new whisky cask that I will be taking apart. The one pictured is a White Oak cask that was used to make Jack Daniels whisky. Due to the regulations in the USA the barrels can only be used once. 

I will also be adding a couple more whisky casks woods int he next few days. This is wood to be taken from an old barrel head. More details to follow...
