Stunning fountain pen handmade in Oak salvaged from HMS Victory during restoration work. One of the greatest pieces of navel history. Victory was Nelson's flagship in the famous battle Trafalgar in 1805. HMS Victory dates back to 1759 when her keel was laid, she was finally commissioned in 1778.

The pen is finished with Black Titanium plated fittings complemented by black chrome plated accents.

This is a beautiful quality handmade fountain pen. The comfortable shape in the hand is complemented by the wonderful natural feel and warmth of the wood with a traditional wax finish.

Features a quality medium german made nib. The pen is approximately 130mm long and 15mm at the widest part including the cap. The pen is non-postable (ie, the cap cannot be mounted on the reverse end while in use)

The pen will be made to order(so will not be exactly the same as pictured as each piece of wood is slightly different) and includes a Bock Stainless steal/Gold plate nib of your choice. Please indicate the nib required when ordering. Choice of Extra fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and extra Broad. The pen will require up to five working days to ship from your order being placed.

The pen accepts small 'International' ink cartridges (two are included), or a refillable ink reservoir also included.

The pen will be shipped in the recyclable card case as pictured. Along with a certificate of authenticity giving details of the wood.

All pens are handmade by me beginning with rough cut woods for the body. The body of the pen is turned on a lathe to the final shape as seen on each pen. The body is then sanded, sealed, waxed and polished to its final finish. Assembly is completed by using pre-made high quality pen components for long lasting performance.
